SUCCESS STORY OF MD. RIYAZUDDIN
Master Riyazuddin has joined the school at the age of 16 years with intellectual disability of 75%. He is from underprivileged background as his parents are running a petty shop. Initially when Riyaz joined the school he was very hyper and had short attention span.
After four years of intervention now Riyaz has become an independent traveller and has improved considerably. Now he is able to follow commands and instructions well and work under minimal supervision without distraction.
He takes keen interest in physical activities and sports. He has been trained in various sports like running, cycling and golfing.
Recently he had participated in state level golf Championship organized by Special Olympic Baharat and won a Second place in Nationals. For golf he had been trained under the guidance of sports teacher and Mr. T Vishwanath. He has been given training for 5 hours daily for a month.
