Aims & Objectives:
The changing educational scenario has created a need for applying creativity and innovation in teaching, learning and evaluation processes. Our curriculum provides a totality of experiences and the foundation for the all-round development and excellence of children. Above all, it aims at making children good human beings and constructive citizens. Our curriculum is designed by the guidelines laid down by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. It not only focuses on knowledge and skill development but also on the overall personality development of children.

Celebration of Festivals and Annual Day
Cultural programs, class presentations, celebration of festivals, exhibition and fun-filled games are organized regularly. These are creatively designed, encouraging the maximum participation of children and parents.
Educational and Recreational Outings – where learning meets fun
Field-trips, fun-trips and educational outings are organized periodically for students to learn beyond the classroom. We try to provide a first-hand exposure that supplements what is taught in the classroom.
Inspiration and Guidance from Guest Speakers
We invite experts in various fields to organize seminars, lectures, counselling sessions and personality development workshops for our students. It helps them grow as complete human beings ready to face life.
Participation in Olympiads and National Scholarship Exams
Students are motivated to participate in various graded examinations like Olympiads, ASSET examinations, Homi Bhabha Scholarship Exams, NTSE, etc., to improve their skills. Students have qualified at various levels and brought laurels for the school.

Field Trips and Excursions
Field trips provide valuable learning experiences, and help in deepening and enhancing classroom learning. At JVM Vasind field trips are organized right from the pre-primary to the Senior Secondary classes. The field trips are integrated seamlessly to provide the much needed variation and fun-filled learning.
Inter-House Activities
We believe that every child is gifted and we need to tap their potential by providing them with opportunities and therefore, the curriculum at JVM is such that it offers a unique blend of academics, co-curricular activities and a variety of competitions. Students are encouraged to participate in as many competitions as they wish depending on their areas of interest. All the students and teachers are divided in to four houses – Red, Blue, Green and Yellow. The competitions are conducted as inter-house competitions and the winners of every competition contribute points to their respective houses, thereby further motivating the students to participate and perform their best. The house in-charge teachers also play an important role by motivating and preparing the students of their houses for these competitions.
