1. Laptop winners
The Laptop scheme is an initiative undertaken by the Himachal Pradesh Government to reward meritorious students who score more than 85% in their board exams. This year 10 of our students got laptops for their excellent results in class X.
2. Scholarship
Scholarship is not just an aid but also a motivation for the students to excel in academics. 5 of our class students are availing the benefit of T.S Negi scholarship. 2 students of class 12 are receiving scholarship under the Dr. Ambedkar scheme and 2 students of class 11 are enrolled for Swami Vivekananda scholarship scheme.
3. Olympiad
Olympiads are conducted every year to hone the academic skills of the students. This year the Olympiad was conducted for four subjects viz. English, Maths, Science and Computer Science. All the participants were awarded certificates of participation and a few students also received gold, silver and bronze medals for different subjects. Some of our students were successful in attaining 2nd and 3rd rank in the state.
4. Benchmark
One of our students, Bimlendu Tripathi participated in the Swachh Bharat Project Making Competition which was organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology (Central Govt.) He won at the district and the state levels, and his model was selected for the National level as well.
5. Moment of Pride
Our class X student Mr. Pallav Semwal has achieved 8th rank in the State Board Merit List. He was felicitated by the Chief Minister of the State, Sh. Veer Bhadra Ji in a special ceremony organized by the State Government to honour meritorious students.
