JVM endeavours to design a curriculum that helps students develop an all-round personality. Discipline is one aspect, among several others, that is emphasized upon in our school.
We have different student committees and clubs such as:
Art Club, Eco club, Humanities club, Literary Club, Math & Science Club and sports club. Learning becomes a fun-filled experience in these clubs and committees.

To maintain discipline in both senior and junior schools we have a prefectorial body system with the following hierarchy:
- Head Boy / Head Girl
- House Captains
- Vice Captains
- Class Monitors.
All the aforementioned persons are chosen on the basis of their leadership qualities. Members of the prefectorial body are expected to maintain discipline among the students. We also have the House system which helps students in developing talents, foster a spirit of team-work and co-operation, encourages personal and group initiative and the spirit of service. We hold many inter-house competitions to keep the students busy and involved, which ensure that discipline is mentioned.
