JVM endeavors to arrange a curriculum that helps a student develop an all-round personality. Discipline is one aspect that is emphasized upon in our school.

We have different student committees and clubs such as:

Art Club, Eco club, Humanities club, Literary Club, Math & Science Club and sports club. Learning is a fun-filled endeavor in these committees and clubs.

To maintain discipline in both senior and junior schools we have a prefectural body system with the hierarchy as:

• Head Boy / Head Girl.
• Vice- Head Boy / Vice- Head Girl.
• Sports Captain( Boy & Girl).
• Sports Vice Captain( Boy & Girl).
• Cultural Head ( Boy & Girl).
• Cultural Vice-Head( Boy & Girl).
• Prefects.

All the aforementioned individuals are chosen on the basis of their leadership qualities. Members of the prefectorial body are expected to maintain discipline among the students. We also have the House system which helps students in developing talents, foster a spirit of team-work and co-operation, encourages personal and group initiative and the spirit of service. We hold many inter-house competitions to keep the students busy and involved. This helps in maintaining discipline.
