The school was established in 2008, with the motto ‘Excel Through Education’. The main aim and objective of Jindal Vidya Mandir is to promote quality education for the overall growth of children. JVM is managed by JSW Foundation, under the dynamic leadership of Mrs. Sangita Jindal, chairperson – JSW Foundation.
An endeavour beginning with the modest strength of 172 students, it has witnessed tremendous growth and today boasts of 568 students on roll along with a strong team of 26 faculty members. JVM Sholtu is a co-educational institution with classes from Nursery to XII, offering Science and Commerce stream at XI-XII.
It is an English medium school, affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi (Affiliation No. 630252). The school follows the prescribed NCERT syllabus. Keeping with the spirit of the Board, the school has adopted three languages making Hindi and Sanskrit second and third languages.
JVM lays great emphasis on co-curricular, extra-curricular and sports activities. The performance of the students in various activities at the State, Zonal and National levels has always added feathers in the cap of the school.
