As rightly quoted by Lon Watters, “School is a building which has four walls with tomorrow inside.”
The dynamism that fills the school premises every year reaffirms my belief that every passing year is a testimony to great learning, exemplary achievements and unsurpassed creativity. As the session progresses, the right mood sets in for creating something new, celebrating the Mangalites spirit to fortify the benchmark in academics, cultural and sports celebrations which gets the entire school together to produce a memorable gala, epitomizing one dream of “Together Towards Tomorrow.”
JVM is not just a school but it is home away from home for our students, a nurturing place where they find a caring, stimulating environment where students are challenged, educated and given every opportunity to develop into a mindful autonomous learner. We encourage constructive interaction between the Teachers and the Parents to develop an understanding and rapport which creates quality-learning environment at the school. Today’s rapidly evolving world demands more than just good scores and stresses the importance of acquiring valuable life skills. To establish a strong foundation for a thriving future the curriculum is based on competency and nurturing life skills. The Facilitators of JVM fruitfully employ two diverse strategies that are of Affection and Logic to foster a positive learning environment for all our students.
In our school, we hold a steadfast belief that “Every Day Every Child Is A Leader”. Our vision and mission revolve around nurturing this inherent leadership quality within each student. We are committed to providing a supportive environment where every child is empowered to lead, innovate, and make a positive impact, not only within our school community but also in the wider world. Through tailored learning experiences and character development initiatives, we aim to instill in our students the confidence, skills and values necessary to excel as leaders in whatever path they choose to pursue. Eventually the Learners of Today will be Leaders of Tomorrow.
Dear students, take full advantage of the wonderful avenues open to you. Develop within yourselves, a burning desire to achieve, keeping your curiosity for learning something new, alive. Success is a journey, not the destination. We must learn to be successful in our numerous, small, everyday objectives. If we become complacent, then we stop achieving. When we are successful in our endeavors, being successful becomes a habit. We are then on the road to achieving success for the larger good. Together, we can achieve the success we have dream of.
With a bright hope that this almanac will continue to serve as an effective communication medium between parents and school in the best interest of our children, let’s join hands to make this journey an enriching and rewarding experience for our children.
