The purpose of the house system is to foster a school culture, through a wide range of sporting and cultural activities. Four different houses with the names AGNI (RED), AVANI (GREEN), ANANT (BLUE) and ANIL (YELLOW) consist of students and members of staff, which enhances their sense of belongingness and pride. By being a member of a particular House, students and staff feel encouraged to display team spirit and sportsmanship with the motto “We can and we will”. Students are recognized by the colour of the attire that represents their houses. the House that they are in. Each House has a Captain, Vice-Captain and Prefects governed and guided by the House Masters and concerned House teachers. Inter-house competitions are a crucial part of the co-curricular aspect of school which develops students’ social, team-work and organizational skills. The House system aims to reflect the ethos of the school. We try to foster a sense of community, co-ordination, an inter-and intra-personal skills by being a part of a team.
