ADMISSION CRITERIA
Admissions to all classes are made on the basis of an entrance test (except that for LKG).
The Pre-requisites for admission are as follows:
LKG : Should have completed 3 Years 10 Months on or before May 31 of the Year of admission.
UKG : Should have completed 4 years 10 months on or before May 31 of the Year of admission.
Class I : Should have completed 5 years 10 months on or before May 31 of the Year of admission.
Documents Required at the time of admission:
Birth Certificate from Municipality or Gram Panchayat office must be produced at the time of admission.
Note : The details once entered in the school records cannot be changed for any reason whatsoever, under any circumstances.
Classes II to X Std Transfer Certificate, duly attested by BEO (Block Education Officer), CAEO (Cluster Assistant Education Officer) of Concerned Taluk must be submitted.
For Associate and Out-source employees’ children, photocopy of last 3 months’ salary slips has to be submitted at the time of admission. For children of JSW employees, salary slip must be submitted.
X Std : Transfer Certificate, Class-X Board Exams/Equivalent original Marks Card, Migration Certificate for Other State/CBSE/ICSE Students and Study cum Character Certificate must be submitted.
The school is affiliated to the Karnataka State Education Board and the curriculum provided by the Karnataka Education Boards (KSSEB/KPUEB) is followed in the school.

The school is affiliated to the Karnataka State Education Board and the curriculum provided by the Karnataka Education Boards (KSSEB/KPUEB) is followed in the school.
The following subjects are offered at the SSLC Level:
- By Parent: One month’s notice is to be given with fee paid of the month.
- On Disciplinary Grounds: A student may be suspended/expelled from the school by the Principal, on advice by the Discipline Committee, for bad conduct or bad behavior considered detrimental to school discipline.
- Withdrawal/Transfer in the month of March will not be permitted.
- Transfer or school leaving certificate and Progress Report shall not be issued until all dues are paid. Duplicate copies of such certificates are not issued. In special cases, such certificates are issued after verification and on payment of an amount decided by the school as Duplicate Certificate fee.
